What products do you offer?
I create handcrafted wood and resin décor and gifts, including live-edge charcuterie boards, resin inlay designs, coasters, clocks, and laser-engraved pieces. Each item is made in small batches and designed to be one of a kind.
Are all items handmade?
Yes. Every piece is designed, created, sanded, finished, and packaged by hand. Because natural wood and resin are used, variations in grain, color, and pattern are part of what makes each item unique.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Because each piece is handmade using natural materials, no two items are exactly alike. Your item will be similar in style, quality, and craftsmanship—but truly one of a kind.
🎨 Custom Orders & Commissions
Do you accept custom commissions?
Yes! I accept custom commissions when my schedule allows. Commission pieces are quoted individually based on size, design, materials, and timeline.
Is a deposit required for custom or commission orders?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on all custom and commission pieces. The remaining balance is due prior to shipping.
Can I choose the wood type or resin color?
In many cases, yes. Available wood species and resin colors depend on current materials. I’m happy to discuss options and help guide design choices.
Can I see a proof or preview before completion?
For custom or personalized orders, design details are discussed and approved before work begins. Progress photos may be shared when appropriate, but exact replicas are not guaranteed. I eill send a final photo of the finished product before shipping out f requested.
Do you recreate items exactly?
Exact replicas are not possible due to the natural variations in wood and resin. Commissioned pieces are created in the same style and quality, with their own unique character.
What if I change my mind on a custom order?
Because custom and commission pieces are made specifically for you, changes or cancellations are limited once work has begun. Please reach out as soon as possible if you have concerns. Deposits for custom and commission orders are non-refundable.

How long does it take to make an order?
Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Custom or personalized orders usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on the design and materials.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are sent via email once your order ships. If you have questions, feel free to reach out through the contact form or chat.
🚚 Shipping & Returns
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, I ship within the United States only. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in a piece, feel free to reach out.
What is your return policy?
Because most items are handmade or personalized, returns are not accepted unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery if there’s an issue.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a problem with your order, please contact me with photos and details so I can make it right.
🧼 Care & Use
Are your charcuterie boards food safe?
Yes. Boards are finished with food-safe oils and sealants. Resin areas are decorative and not intended for direct cutting.
How should I care for my wood or resin piece?
Hand wash only. Do not soak, place in the dishwasher, or expose to extreme heat. Occasional re-oiling is recommended for wood pieces.
