Due to the handmade and often custom nature of items from Sticks & Stones Artistry, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom, personalized, or made-to-order items.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. I will gladly work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or refund at my discretion.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping if a return is approved.
